A program that allows you to replace images in TILES###. ART files for games based on the Build engine.


SEQ/QAV Tile ID Fixer
This utility allows you to offset (correct) identifier numbers for . SEQ and . QAV in the game Blood.



He has other BUILD Engine tools on that page as well. :P
