Re: Which Blood CD Music Track is your Favourite?

Hard choice, but I went with Infuscomus. I like its detail and combination of a suspenseful buildup, a haunting "chorus", and a melancholic closing.
I also enjoy listening to the serenity of Waiting for the End when trying to relax, that's definitely the underrated one.

I have to go for the track that filled me with awe, foreboding and sadness when I first heard it while my uncle played blood (1999, I was 4 ).
That track was Unholy Voices.
Messed me up back then. But I moved on (eventually I gave my mother 40 whacks, and when I saw what I done, gave my father forty-one)
20 years later, I get my uncle's old win 98 rig (pentium 200 MMX ) and his collection of big box games. Made a bee line right to Blood.
HMOG
This track is infinitely sad ,tragic but also evil at the same time. Still get goosebumps. It also has an epic quality to it, kinda like the harmonica scene in Once upon a time in the West, and the Gold Fever song in The Good. Bad and the Ugly

I'm sad Fate of the Damned got only one vote. I wish I could change my vote.

Infuscomus would be my second fave, for reasons like yours. I used to hear that The children song at my (girls only) catholic school in Quebec, btw.Dead Reckoner wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 9:25 pm Hard choice, but I went with Infuscomus. It says:
Promenons-nous dans les bois
Pendant que le loup n'y est pas
Si le loup y était
Il nous mangerait !!
in English:
let's walk in the woods
while the wolf is not there
If he were there, he would eat us

Thanks for this. Le Babe mentioned it quite some years ago, and I just happened to be reflecting on it the other day and was trying to remember what was said.Lizzieborden wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 8:07 pmPromenons-nous dans les bois

My black heart just swelled to six times its normal size!
If you haven't yet seen, I have many grand plans for this realm, of which at least some I hope to roll out in the coming months. It is just a question of finding time and resources to enhance the place. Thank you for your continued posting and, of course, supporting the mighty Blood.
